Good weather in the Finger Lakes means outdoor dining and drinking. One of our favorite spots that offers both is Billsboro Winery on the west side of Seneca, just south of Geneva. Their outdoor brick oven is put to good use when the temperatures climb and the sun sticks around longer in the evening. You’ll never look at pizza the same after you bite into one of their crisp crusts that has been infused with wood smoke and is covered in high quality, fresh ingredients. Be sure to call ahead before heading over. The word is out about these pizza parties and they sell out often.
