Ramps are Back in Season

Ramps are back! How do we know? Because they’re on the awesome new chef’s menu at Red Newt Bistro, that’s how! But we didn’t know Muranda was making an Asiago cheese. In the Finger Lakes food scene you learn something every day. Good local Asiago is hard to come by so if it’s anything as good as the rest of Muranda’s cheeses, it’ll be fantastic. Is it too soon to eat dinner?
