The Sparkling Hedonia Cocktail
By Brud Holland
Think of this as the FLX version of a Mimosa: A delicious wine cocktail made with a blend of Fox Run Hedonia, Red Jacket Orchards Fuji apple juice and a splash of Sparkling Blanc de Blanc to bubble it up. Fresh or even frozen fruit can be skewered for garnishes, to be pulled out when party time arrives.
Makes 1
3 ounces Fox Run Hedonia
1 1/2 ounces Red Jacket Orchard Fuji Apple Juice
1 1/2 ounces Sparkling Blanc de Blanc
Skewered fruit garnish of choice (strawberry, apple or peach)
In a cocktail shaker, mix the Hedonia and apple juice. Stir well with a bar spoon.
Pour the Hedonia mixture into a large ice-filled rocks glass.
Top the glass with the sparkling Blanc de Blanc and garnish with skewered fruit.
