
1 gallon apple cider
2 cinnamon sticks and 12 whole cloves, tied in a cheesecloth
Slice of lemon
2 tablespoons of honey
Mix all ingredients in a stock pot. Warm over medium heat for about 20 minutes when spiced have melded into the juice. Serve in mugs with cinnamon stick (optional).
