Binghamton’s Restaurant Week is back in action this year, with 28 participating vendors! Eat Bing runs from March 26th through April 4th. This city wide event offers locals a chance to experience the offerings their favorite restaurants at different price points, some as low at ten dollars for a three course meal! Each restaurant has a set menu for the event that features their popular and most famous dishes.

Peterson’s Tavern & Grille’s signature Peterson Burger, which is being featured on their menu for restaurant week.

With so many participating vendors this year, there is a restaurant for every type of eater. From Binghamton classics like Peterson’s Tavern & Grille featuring their signature Peterson Burger to the Lost Dog Cafe & Lounge, with many gluten free and vegan options. Eat Bing also has a new participating member, Nomikui Ramen, Binghamton’s new ramen restaurant which opened in December.

Every year, Eat Bing chooses a charity for a portion of the proceeds to go to. This year, they have chosen Gigi’s Playhouse, a center for down syndrome achievement.
