1 ounce Honeoye Falls Distilling Flower City Gin
¾ ounce Thai tea tonic
1 barspoon Lejay Cassis
1 pinch of salt
Splash of Miro Extra Seco
Stir gin, tea tonic, cassis and salt with ice. Strain into a chilled flute glass. Top with Miro Extra Seco.
