1½ ounces Perry’s Tot Gin
¾ ounce Italicus Bergamotto
¾ ounce Living Roots Winery Verjus
Strawberry slices, for garnish
Place 2 ice cubes in a rocks glass. Add gin, Italicus and verjus. Stir until chilled, top with more ice and garnish with sliced strawberry.
