New Foodie Adventure in the FLX: The Burger Trail

New foodie trail focuses on an All-American favorite.

The Steuben County Conference & Visitors Bureau recently published a release announcing the top 10 burger spots in Steuben County. This determination is a result of 2,637 individual tallied votes (people could only vote once per device), which also informed the CVB that there are over 65 different restaurants throughout the county (we’re talking small local businesses, not fast food franchises) that feature a burger someone loves.

According to the CVB, “Some folks prefer them unadorned, while others want all the fixing. Some like them grilled, others cooked over an open flame, and others fried in a pan. Of course, some folks don’t want any meat at all, but still enjoy black bean burgers and other alternatives.”

The Steuben Burger Trail’s Top 10 Fan Favorite Burger Joints include long-standing go-to burger joints, restaurants with a nostalgic feel and great food, as well as brand new establishments garnering a lot of attention for their creative flavorful cuisine. While Corning and Bath both had three spots land on the Top 10, Canisteo, Prattsburgh, Addison, and Hornell each had one fan-favorite.

The results led to the creation of the “Steuben Burger Trail Top 10 Burger Joints” which appear below in order (with Butcher’s Son on Market St. in Corning, coming out on top).
