Ingredients
- 1½ ounces Hollerhorn Ginship
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
- 4 ounces Dr. Konstantin Frank Brut or other local sparkling wine of your choice
- ½ ounce Hollerhorn South Holler Apple Brandy
- 1 lemon peel for garnish
Instructions
- Begin by adding 1½ ounces Ginship (gin), ½ ounce simple syrup and ½ ounce fresh lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice; shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds to chill. Pour contents into a champagne flute, or your special wine glass, coupe, or even collins glass, and add 4 ounces sparkling wine and ½-ounce float of Hollerhorn South Holler Apple Brandy on top. Garnish with a lemon twist, spiral or some fun variation, and enjoy!
