Edible Finger Lakes welcomes submissions, pitches and story ideas from authors, illustrators, photographers and the members of the community we cover, especially ideas that highlight what this region eats and drinks and why. Note that the print edition is published six times a year. We highly recommend reading the current and archived issues of the magazine to get a feeling for our publication. We also welcome original content that could be produced for our website and online platforms (video, photo galleries, live feeds, etc).
We put the responsibility on the author to verify all facts in any submitted work, and we require that all work be the original creation of the author. We expect that the article has not appeared in another publication prior to submission to Edible Finger Lakes.
