Smoky Kale Chips

  • 2 baking sheets, parchment lined


  • 1 bunch Kale center ribs and stems removed, torn into 3-inch pieces.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Toss kale pieces with olive oil, making sure the leaves are coated. Add smoked paprika, salt and black pepper and stir to coat.
  • Spread on both baking sheets. Bake until crisp, about 12 to 14 minutes.
