Smoky Kale Chips

2 baking sheets, parchment lined
center ribs and stems removed, torn into 3-inch pieces.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Toss kale pieces with olive oil, making sure the leaves are coated. Add smoked paprika, salt and black pepper and stir to coat.
Spread on both baking sheets. Bake until crisp, about 12 to 14 minutes.
